by Novell for Providing Services and Solutions to Customers

with Novell bears fruit for top Novell solutions provider
DETROIT, Michigan - October 17, 2001 - SunTel

solutions and Net services software leader Novell for achieving
a key level of expertise in Novell Consulting methodologies.
At a ceremony held in Detroit, SunTel Services was honored
for leading the solution provider partner channel segment
in its mastery of the Novell Consulting NetWare Business
Solution Offering (BSO). During the past two years SunTel
Services has partnered with Novell Consulting to deliver
mission-critical customer implementations using the Novell
Consulting BSO methodologies. This partnership has provided
a significant increase in consulting and design revenue opportunities

set for customers by leveraging the skills and expertise
