Smart-Detroit Goes Wireless

Smart-Detroit now features complimentary Internet wireless service to its tenants and business professionals in the area. The feature will be available primarily in the conference and waiting areas as well as the e-café so long as those using the system have their own wireless-enabled laptops or PDA’s.

Refer A Tenant

Smart-Detroit Executive Suites and Conferencing Center is pleased to offer a new referral program for current Penobscot and Smart-Detroit tenants. Refer a new tenant to Smart-Detroit, and if they sign a one-year lease, you will receive a 20% referral reward of the new tenants rent for a maximum of $250. This amount will be credited to your next month’s rent.
For example, if you refer a new tenant and they sign a lease for $800 per month you will receive a one-time rent credit of $160 |
Detroit Regional Chamber Partnership

Smart-Detroit has partnered up with the Detroit Regional Chamber. Beginning August 1, 2004, Detroit Regional Chamber members will have access to the various services and amenities of Smart-Detroit.
· Business Builder and above members receive unlimited access to Smart-Detroit’s e-café and wireless internet
· Bronze and above members receive two (2) complimentary hours of access to semi-private office space
· Silver and above members receive two (2) complimentary hours of conference room usage or a $46.00 credit toward the Global Boardrooms or Seminar/Training room
· Gold members receive two (2) complimentary hours of videoconferencing equipment usage – cost of call is not included
Smart-Detroit welcomes all Detroit Regional Chamber members into the facility and encourages them to stop by for a tour of the center and for more information. |
Parking
Parking can be handled by our building valet service on the Fort Street entrance ($10 per day).
Driving Directions
From I-94
I-94 to Lodge South Downtown. Take Lodge to the Larned/Cobo Center exit on the left side. Take Larned three blocks to Griswold. Turn left on Griswold. Take Griswold up two blocks. The building is on the left side.
From I-96
I-96 East to Lodge South Downtown. Take Lodge to Larned/Cobo Center exit on the left side. Take Larned three blocks to Griswold. Turn left on Griswold. Take Griswold up two blocks. The building is on the left side.
From I-75 North
I-75 North to Lodge South Downtown. Take Lodge to Larned/Cobo Center exit on left side. Take Larned three blocks to Griswold. Turn left on Griswold. Take Griswold up two blocks. The building is on the left side.
From I-75 South
I-75 South to 375 Downtown. 375 turns into West Jefferson. Take Jefferson to Griswold and turn right. Take Griswold up three blocks. The building is on the left side, which is the Northeast corner of the block.

Need a temporary office downtown to do business in between appointments or while away from your home office? Smart-Detroit now has furnished office space available to rent by the hour, day, or week. You must be a Smart-Identity member or Detroit Regional Chamber member. Computer/Laptop/printer not provided. High speed internet, telephone with dedicated number and voicemail, and receptionist answering included.
