Our SmartOffice tenants can lease space that will suit their needs from 150-3000 square feet, pre-equipped with telephone and high-speed internet access, a receptionist to greet your customers and answer your company's incoming telephone line. SmartOffice tenants have full use of Smart-Detroit conference facility for meetings, seminars and training sessions, with a large array of high-end equipment.
